SUMMARY:Little Apple Gravel Race: Illinois State Gravel Championship
DESCRIPTION:Course Description\nThe Little Apple (50K) is one lap of the traditional 88% gravel course.  The Kong (100K) is also the same\, made up of 1 long continuous course. The King Kong (150K) is the Grande Dame of the weekend. You’ll be doing the Little Apple course and No Man’s Land course. This is very challenging and roughly 80% gravel. You\, your kit\, and your bike will need to be Present and Correct. Think of this as self-supported. The winner (both male and female) will be crowned King Kong\, Queen Kong\, a title they will keep until the following year where they will have to defend it. \nRegistration\nRace Day registration opens at 6:45 am and closes 30 minutes before each race. Online registration closes the Friday evening prior to the race. Register online at Bikereg.com. Day-of-entry fees are through bikereg. Day of registration incurs a $20 late fee. All riders must sign a USAC rider release form and event waiver Permit# 4761. \n*State Championships\nState championships will be awarded to men and women in the USAC\, Masters 40+\, and 50+ categories in the 100K distance and junior men and women in the 50k distance.
